ARTIST PROFILE

Currently working as a full time graphic artist in a New York Parks Department, Carol’s career spans more than 40 years in the field of graphic design. The passion that Carol brings to her work is as obvious today as it was the day she started.

As the previous owner of CGS Graphics, Inc., she operated a successful graphic design studio for more than nine years, but after the birth of her son and adoption of her daughter, she sold the business to focus on her family but continued her work as a freelance artist. Prior to that, Carol has held full-time positions in both corporate and private companies where she has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience within the graphic design field.

In 2007, Carol was hired as a full time graphic artist in the Westchester County Parks Department where she is able to satisfy a thirst to learn and expand her knowledge from web design to virtual reality and everything in-between. There are no limits to what she is willing to learn and and then utilize that knowledge to improve her work.

Carol is also an accomplished watercolor artist and loves to paint, sketch and spend time with family and friends.
